Fast Growth Rate and Pursuing Qualitative Change After Quantitative Change

It is the first one in this industry whose profit is more than 100 million Yuan.
Phase out the lagging equipment and make the energy consumption get close to advanced international standards. In recent years, the domestic plastic woven enterprises accelerate technological upgrading by phasing out a large quantity of lagging equipments and introducing advanced pulling machine and energy-saving circular weaving machine. Especially the wide die head pulling machine and 1.5kw small cram circular weaving machine produced by Pingyang Yanzhen Group Co.,Ltd, high line - speed pulling machine generated by Changzhou Yongming Machinery manufacturing Co.,Ltd, both of them have low energy consumption. As a result, the energy consumption of plastic woven bag in many domestic plastic woven enterprises has achieved 800 Kw/h which is close to international advanced level. The energy consumptions of woven bag of majority domestic plastic companies is nearly 1000 Kw/h, decreased by more than 50% compared with three years ago, which greatly reduces the manufacturing cost and increases economic benefits of enterprises.
The production of functional plastic woven bag has been continually expanding and it is reflected mainly in two aspects. Firstly, mass production of transparency woven bag has come into being. With the rapid development of national economy, the industrial and agricultural products have higher and higher demands for packing materials.
