Barium sulfate filler is a new-type polymer material. Its advanced nano modification technology and molecular compatibilization make inorganic powder (talcum powder, barium sulfate) evenly dispersed in the carrier resin.

    It has good compatibility with HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP and other plastics. This product provides good resistance to acid, alkali and organic solvent, has excellent electrical insulation property and maintains a good toughness at low temperature. Besides, it can serve as a substitute for the above polyolefine plastics.

    At the same time, as a kind of high performance, low cost and environmentally friendly functional masterbatch, it can increase product strength and toughness by adding it into PE and PP plastic products. The obtained nontoxic product has good surface gloss and passed SGS environmental protection certification.

    Suitable for PE, PO film blowing, PP injection molding, PP sheet, PP wire drawing, HDPE pipe and so on.

    Product characteristics:

    1 Product cost: It has a larger adding proportion. Compared with PE materials, its cost has decreased by half.

    2 Mechanical properties: This product can significantly increase the strength and toughness of plastic products. Adding 10% to 20% of BS-286 into Film products can greatly improve product toughness, surface gloss and printing performance.

    3 Finished product features: Adding the product can increase gloss and color. Film products have high transparency and touch smooth. It also can increase opening performance for film products.

  4 Processing performance: With excellent processing performance, it can be processed by general equipments and can improve production efficiency.

    5 With good plasticization and flow properties, it can reduce processing temperature by 5℃-10℃. The typical adding proportion is 10%-20%.
